Alabama House Passes Phone Deregulation Bill

The vote was 69-27. The House bill was amended from the original version passed by the Senate, so now it will go back to the Senate...which is locked up in a monthlong filibuster over a bill that would require nonprofit organizations to disclose their donors when they run political ads.
