Breyer, O'Connor, Scalia Discussion Available on C-SPAN

Yesterday's "Constitutional Conversation with Justices Breyer, O'Connor and Scalia, moderated by 'Meet the Press' host Tim Russert" is available from C-SPAN. The RealPlayer video is here.

I thought it was interesting and entertaining, although Russert did have a few too many softball mamanem questions for my taste. (A mamanem question is one along the lines of "So, how's your mama 'n' 'em?")

Another thing...Russert needs to tone down the hair coloring a bit.

Other than those minor nitpicks, this is a rare opportunity to see three sitting Supreme Court justices in a public forum answering questions about the law and the Court. Take a look...it's a little over an hour long.
