One of the casualties of Hurricane Ivan is Alabama's oyster industry.

And, it is showing up in oyster prices:

"Oysters this summer sold for less than $10 a sack, but now many dealers are paying $20 a sack for them."

I wonder if this qualifies as price-gouging?
